Between 1945 and the early 1990s, there were clearly no Tuvan stamps made.  The Soviet government produced a number of postcards and postal envelopes showing Tuva-related topics.  The postcards are the most difficult to find.  (I've not been able to pick up any of them yet...so if you've got 'em, give me a yell).  The below is probably close to complete, but I'd love to hear differently.

Some soviet-era picture postcards also showed Tuva related scenes, but there is no catalog that could list all such postcards so I've no idea how many Tuvan related ones exist.
