Because of the difficulty in getting goods to Tuva, the Tuvan post offices again ran out of postal stamps in 1933. Not able to wait for another shipment from Moscow, leftover stamps still in Tuva were surcharged using a metallic numbering machine in Kyzyl, (Tuva's capital and largest city).   There were four stamps surcharged in this way...

and 35 and 36 (the rectangular ones) are tough to find...let me know if you have one available.
